We stand behind the quality of the products we carry, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please email us at returns@petalandpost.com with your concern so that we can make it right.

Return Policy

You may return merchandise to Petal & Post, for any reason, for a full refund within 28 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts).  Note that delivery fees are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping will be returned at our cost.  A refund for the item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on the method of return. 

All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Baby Apparel
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all garment tags still attached.

Beauty
Skincare, cosmetics and haircare must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Please note that fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Final Sale Merchandise
Sales are final and cannot be exchanged on all gift cards, hats, underwear, Final Sale and Clearance items. Please note that fragrance, nail polish and aerosols are also final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Petal & Post account.

Late Returns
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 28 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Petal & Post.
